Biosigpy contributions should stay small, focused, and easy to review.

• Preserve Biosiglib conformance.
• Update tests and documentation together where appropriate.
• Do not change scientific or computational behavior without Biosiglib or specification review.
• Keep shared fixtures and conformance cases in Biosiglib rather than copying them into Biosigpy.
